A little before the start of the previous season Valencia extended Vitor Faverani’s contract for two more seasons because if you have a center like him, you should “tie” him to your roster for long time. He was good enough again this season and Real Madrid decided to make a move on him in order to take him from Valencia who has valid contract with him until 2015.
The Brazilian with Spanish passport wants to make the next step and play in the highest level of Euroleague but his case isn’t an easy one. Valencia asks for big money, Madridistas want him badly but they don’t want to spend much on his buy out. Still, the negotiations are expected to go on…
