For the first time ever an NBA exhibition game can be held in Greece and of course Giannis Antetokounmpo is the reason for that. According to NBA Greece the Bucks are examining the possibility of not only playing a game in Athens before the start of the 2015-16 season but even organizing part of their training camp in the Greek capital.
According to the report at this point the whole scenario is just an idea floating in the front office – that’s why there’s not any official confirmation – however the growing popularity of Giannis not only in the States, but also in the country where he was born, can make things happen.
