The Catalans are in shape the right moment! Barcelona is the ultimate dominating team of the Top16 phase. They have qualified in the Euroleague quarterfinals for eight seasons in row and they are getting ready for their nineth straight appearance in the play offs. The Catalans have a streak of 21 Top16 wins! The last team that beat them was Khimki on 3/1/2013 at Moscow (78-65) and the previous one was Partizan (67-66) four years ago!
After that defeat in Belgrade, Barca’s record in the Top 16 is 38-1. Furthermore, the team is invincible in Top 16 of Euroleague at Palau Blaugrana since 30/3/2006 when Malaga won (73-60) in a game without meaning.
