It is voted, it will be announced officially before the Euroleague draw for next season in July and there he will probably receive his trophy. Euroleague champion Dusan Ivkovic is the coach of the year

Two Euroleague awards are still missing for the season that ended in Istanbul and we don’t know who will be the executive of the year. What we do know is that the winner of Alexander Gomelski coach of the year award is Dusan Ivkovic, the coach of Euroleague champions Olympiacos.

This is not an educated guess. The voting of the Euroleague head coaches is finished and in this case the favorite prevailed. Born in 1943 at Belgrade, Duda is a living legend. He has won almost everything in his career not only in club level, but also as the boss of Yugoslav and Serbian national team. This season he won his second Euroleague title after creating, almost from scratch, a new team which produced the best possible results in a very short time.

The official announcement of the award will be released before next season’s Euroleague draw in July and probably Ivkovic will get his trophy in a ceremony that will proceed the start of the draw.
