The transfer of Jeremy Pargo was made public three days ago, however CSKA Moscow re-announced it today accusing Maccabi Tel Aviv of announcing the deal without having a complete agreement with the Russian club for the buy out.
As the vice-president of the club Natalia Furaeva noted: “We consider it unprofessional to report on the transfer before finalizing all formalities. The situation with Maccabi which published the news about signing a contract with Jeremy at the moment when we were far from agreement with the player’s agents has become a perfect example. And the club from Tel Aviv had to issue the apologies. I’d like to note again that it’s CSKA policy to respect our partners and fans by publishing verified information only”.
