During the half time of the game between Panathinaikos and Barcelona a bomb threat was made at OAKA via a telephone calls in a newspaper and a website.
The authorities decided to empty the gym, something that happened and after a check for security reasons, the game started again. Some of the fans returned to their seats, as the phone call proved to be a prank. As coach Ivanovic said for this incident: “This is the first time I experienced something like this”.
