The rumors about Henry Domercant signing to Galatasaray where all over Europe on Friday and Unics Kazan reacted swiftly. According to this press release Domercant still has a contract with the team and he can’t go anywhere.
Well, that’s not the case, according to the other side. Sources close to the player confirmed to Eurohoops.net that in his contract there is a team option, but also a player option for a possible buy out. The price is 150.000 dollars, so that’s the amount Galatasaray has to pay to Unics, in order to secure the services of Domercant
The American sharp shooter had an excellent Euroleague season last year with 15,5 ppg and 49,5% three point accuracy, leading his team to the play offs against Barcelona.
