Who are the most faithful fans in the Euroleague? Eurohoops searched the attendance numbers in all the games so far in the competition and declares the teams which have more fans on their side.
We focused on the six Euroleague teams that have more than 10.000 fans per game during the season. We divided our search in the regular season and the Top 16 and we present you the full season averages. In every part of the season the ultimate “faithful” fans are those of Crvena Zvezda. Then the fans of Fenerbahce follow who almost fill every seat in the new Ulker Arena in every game. Then we have Maccabi that has a sold out in every single game. Panathinaikos, Real Madrid and Zalgiris are also in this list, while Laboral just missed the cut by selling 9.200 tickets per game.

The fans of Fenerbahce are more present in the new Ulker Arena during the Top 16. Also, Crvena Zvezda could have an even bigger average if the game against Alba hadn’t been held in the small Hala Pionir. On the other hand, Panathinaikos’ supporters seem to be more supportive to their team during the regular season but of course this has an obvious explanation: The Greens hasn’t play so far at home against the most popular teams of the group (Barcelona and Real Madrid).

It’s not a surprise that Crvena Zvezda is on the top of the regular season rankings with such a difference. In the regular season only five teams had more than 10.000 fans per game. And more than half of the teams that took part in the Euroleague play in courts with smaller capacity.
