Panathinaikos Athens bounced back from the EuroLeague loss to Zalgiris Kaunas with a strong performance and a 105 – 69 win over Lavrio for the Greek League.
Dinos Mitoglou scored 16 points and Ioannis Papapetrou had 15 points for Panathinaikos. Zach Auguste added 12 points plus five rebounds while Ben Bentil scored 11, as the Greens dominated the game from start to finish. Coach Oded Kattash players completed the game with 30 assists and 14-30 3-pointers.
Devin Davis (17 points, five rebounds), Glenn Cosey (15 points) and Alpha Diallo (12 points, five assists) scored in double figures from Lavrio that trailed 55-35 at halftime and was unable to recover.
Panathinaikos improved to 16 – 2 with this win while Lavrio is 15 – 5.
