Former NBA big man Mfiondu Kabengele scored 30 points and grabbed 16 rebounds to lead AEK Athens to a 90 – 70 Greek League win after a comeback from down 17.
Kabengele spent 26:39 minutes and barely missed a shot, finishing with 11-13 from the field along with 6-8 free throws. He also provided three assists and three steals in by far his top overall display during his maiden overseas campaign and highest-scoring game outside of the G-League.
Chasson Randle had 21 points for AEK. Justin Alston (17 points, 15 rebounds) and Andrew Harrison (14 points, five rebounds, five assists) stood out from PAOK.
