Ignas Brazdeikis with 16 points and Nikola Milutinov with 15 were the top scorers of the winning side. Greek guard Michalis Lountzis added 12 points, as Olympiacos had the chance to use 12 players and rest some of the key members of their rotation.
On the other side, Davis De Julius with 18 points, and newcomer Skyler Flatten with 12 tried their best.
“We couldn’t have not even one practice for this game since we returned yesterday from Monaco, that’s why we had a slow start”, said coach Giorgos Bartzokas after the game. Olympiacos hosts Real Madrid and Bayern Munich this week.
