As expected, Olympiacos Piraeus had no problems on the road against the last-placed team in the Greek Stoiximan Basket League.
Georgios Bartzokas’ side cruised past Apollon Patras, securing their seventh straight and overall 20th domestic victory with a convincing final score of 63-93.
The team from Piraeus had five players scoring in double digits, with Kostas Papanikolaou leading the way with 16 points. Isaiah Canaan followed with 15, Alec Peters added 13, Giannoulis Larentzakis contributed 11 points, while Moses Wright was on the verge of a double-double with 10 points and nine rebounds.
For Apollon, Chad Brown led the hosts with a double-double of 17 points and 11 rebounds. Trevor Blondin added 12 points, and Josh Perkins contributed 11 points with eight assists.
Olympiacos is currently at the top of the standings with a 20-2 record. However, Panathinaikos also has 20 victories but is yet to play their Round 22 match against Promitheas at OAKA on March 25th.
