Olympiacos recovered from Friday’s homecourt loss to Galatasaray and finished the job easily against Trikala, with 79-61. The Red and Whites remain on top of the Greek standings, with the same record as Panathinaikos, 21-1.
Dimitris Agravanis was the leading scorer for the winners with a double double of 14 points, 12 rebounds, while Nikola Milutinov and Vangelis Mantzaris shared 11 points and Georgios Printezis added 10 more.
With a totally dominant third quarter behind Milutinov and Mantzaris’ scoring, the hosts expanded their lead to 59-41 and from that point on, the visitors weren’t able to threaten in the final period.
