Former EuroLeague champion Sofoklis Schortsanitis stepped on courts following his recovery from an Achilles tendon rupture that kept him out for 21 months.
The Greek center, who had signed with Trikala back in October, entered the Greek League game against Rethymno, making his season debut and seeing some game action since April 2016.
Schortsanitis, 32, has played for such teams as Olympiacos, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Panathinaikos and Crvena Zvezda. In 2014 he won the EuroLeague with Maccabi.
