Olympiacos bounced back in the Greek HEBA League after a difficult week in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague. They moved up to a 10-3 record in the Greek league after beating Promitheas Patras on the road 87-73.
It was an easy night for Olympiacos as they stated their intentions early in the game. They won first quarter 27-16 and they hold onto that lead until the end.
The hosts were trying to keep up with Olympiacos as they were an equal opponent during the second and third quarter.
However, the visiting squad stepped up their game in the last period (24-18) earning a comfortable win.
Spanoulis had game-high for the winning team with 18 points followed by Kyle Wiltjer who scored 17.
Milan Milosevic had 20 points and 6 rebounds for the hosts, but couldn’t prevent the loss tonight.
With this loss, Promitheas fall to a 7-6 record.
