Promitheas Patras continued its impressive run in the Greek League by defeating PAOK 81 – 68 at home to climb at the fourth spot of the standings.
Langston Hall scored 22 points while Nikos Gkikas added 13 and 5 assists for the winning squad. Phil Goss’ 19 points and Vangelis Margaritis’ 13 didn’t cut it for PAOK that suffered its second defeat in a row.
In Crete, a dominant 22 – 9 third quarter was enough for Rethymno easily prevail over Kolossos Rhodes 89 – 61, behind 18 points by Stephan Moody. Ramon Harris dropped 14 points for Kolossos.
Day 14 of the Greek League is concluded on Monday with the grand derby of the “eternal rivals” between Panathinaikos and Olympiacos.
