Tony Meier scored 20 points and Doron Lamb 18 as Lavrio defeated Kolossos Rhodes 77 – 71 on the road and remained at the fourth spot of the Greek League standings, tied with AEK.
Kolossos needed much more than Marvin Jones’ double-double (15 points, 12 rebounds) to overcome its opponents.
In Amaliada, AEK recorded their sixth win in a row by beating Koroivos in a thriller. Dusan Sakota scored 18 points, Manny Harris dropped 18 points and dished out 7 assists while Mike Green (17 points, 5 assists) and Kevin Punter (7 points) provided some big-time shooting for AEK in crunch time.
