VITORIA-GASTEIZ — Eurohoops caught up with Daniel Hackett ahead of CSKA Moscow‘s big clash with Anadolu Efes in the EuroLeague championship game.
“We gave ourselves the chance to play in the championship game and we have a challenge to face tomorrow with a very good Efes team”, commented Hackett.
Gigi Datome will be rooting for CSKA because of him and Hackett couldn’t be more flattered, as he tells to Eurohoops. “I appreciate that, Gigi is a great guy, top class person, great professional. I’m happy that he will be supporting us”.
As for stopping Efes‘ guards, Hackett mentions: “I respect our team’s gameplay. It’s never a one-man’s job. I have my teammates with me and I know we’re gonna have something for the gameplan tomorrow”.
