CSKA Moscow dominated Game 1 of the VTB league finals with a 89-62 win over Khimki. The hosts got a 19 points lead from the first half (53-34) and never looked back.
Nando De Colo had 17 points, however Kyle Hines’ numbers were even more impressive. The American center had 17 points on 7/7 shots in just 15 minutes of action. Petteri Koponen scored also 17 points for Khimki but couldn’t change the course of the game. CSKA managed to stop Tyrese Rice who had 7 points, 1 assist and 2 turnovers.
