Valencia played with pride, but Real Madrid got 90-84 win and the ticket to the Liga Endesa finals (3-1). The Euroleague champions with a late third quarter explosion got the lead and never looked back.

Andres Nocioni (12 p.) and Felipe Reyes (12 p.) led the way, Rudy Fernandez also scored 12 points, while two more players, Llull and Ayon, scored 10 points each. The hosts had Pau Ribas available for the game, but not Kresimir Loncar and Sam Van Rossom who was on the bench but didn’t play.

Bojan Dubljevic tried his best (24 p., 8 r.), however the quality and the bench of Real Madrid made a difference in this game. Rudy Fernandez was hurt on his knee during the game and it remains to be seen if his injury is something serious.
