One more game of the Legabasket finals was decided in the last seconds with Reggio Emilia getting the 71-67 win over Sassari and the 3-2 lead in the series. Jerome Dyson made an offensive foul in the last seconds and Andrea Cinciarini sealed the outcome with two made free throws.
Achile Polonara with 13 points and 10 rebounds was the best of the winners, Cinciarini had 9 points on 2/12 shots but 4/4 free throws, while Kaukenas, Silins and Della Valle also scored in double digits. Shane Lawal had one more monster game for Sassari with 17 points and 21 rebounds, while Rakim Sanders with 19 points was the top scorer of the losing side.
