Spartak survives at Kazan

VTB league is on full swing, on Tuesday the game between VEF Riga and Neptunas will complete the second game day and on Monday Spartak St. Petersburg managed to get a big win just by a point (52-51) at the home court of Unics Kazan. It wasn’t the prettiest of games and Unics missed the chance for overtime with Alexandr Dedushkin making 1/2 free throws in the closing seconds.

After two gamedays Spartak and Khimki are on top of group A standings with a 2-0 record, while three teams, CSKA Moscow, Zalgiris Kaunas and Nizhny are also perfect in group B. Here are the scores from VTB League with full stats.
