Τhe 6th gameday in Greece was completed with Olympiacos beating 113-62 Kavala with six players scoring in double figures, among them Martynas Gecevivius (photo) getting minutes and delivering 17 points. After this win Olympiacos is the only unbeaten team in the league and Panionios with a 5-1 record has the second place. However the team announced the firing of head coach Thanasis Skoyrtopoulos. Panathinaikos, AGOR and PAOK share the third place with a 4-2 record.
