The bad start of the season is past for Siena. The defending champions of Italy beat Avellino 101-65 with Estonian Krisτjan Kangur (photo) scoring 22 points and now are tied with Sassari in the second place of Legabasket’s standings with a 8-2 record. Varese still remains on top with a 9-1 record, but Siena is getting close.
