The team of Moscow still has the best record in the domestic Russian league, after beating Krasnye Krylia. Khimki and Spartak got also the wins, but the big news from Saint Petersburg is the transfer of Pat Beverley to Houston Rockets

It was PBL’s weekend in Russia with CSKA Moscow getting the win over Krasnye Krylia by just 3 points (75-72) with Serbian center Nenad Krstic (photo) scoring 20 points. CSKA has the best record in the league (8-1), followed by Khimki (6-2) which beat Lokomotiv 104-100 after overtime, and Spartak (6-3). The team of Saint Petersburg prevailed just by a point over Nizhny Novgorod (68-67) in the last game of Pat Beverley before joining the Houston Rockets.
