E.J. Rowland (photo) scored 30 points, 23 of them in the second half, and VEF Riga got the big win against Bilbao in Eurocup’s Last16 group J. The Latvians beat the Basques 99-76 and have 1-1 record, while Bilbao started badly the second phase of the competition with a 0-2 record.
