Zalgiris in VTB’s quarterfinals

Just in the 15th gameday of VTB’s League, Zalgiris Kaunas (photo) clinched a place in the quarterfinals with a 14-1 record, after beating Enisey 86-61. The Lithuanians will finish in the top two spots of group B, in which CSKA Moscow (12-2) is second in the standings, meaning that they will skip the first round of the play offs where the teams between 3rd and 6th place will compete. In group A Krasnye Krylia (11-3) and Unics Kazan (11-4) still lead.
