Both Real and Barca defeated

The 29th gameday of Liga Endesa will be completed in the 1st of May with the game between Bilbao and Caja Laboral, but this Sunday was full of upsets and bad news. Both leader Real Madrid (25-4) and third placed Barcelona (19-10) – Caja is second (21-7) – were defeated at home as they are getting ready to travel to Isreal and Greece respectively for the 3rd game of Euroleague play offs.

Βarcelona also may have lost to injury Australian forward Joe Ingles (photo) and also Brad Oleson who can’t be used in Euroleague. However the unluckiest team is 9th placed Unicaja (14-15) after losing its star Marcus Williams for the rest of the season due to a hand injury and probably also most of its chances to make the play offs.
