After losing two games in Euroleague’s Top16 to Alba Berlin, the defending champions beat the Berliners for their domestic league and are still leading the standings. Despite the loss, Alba got also the ticket for the play offs

Brose Baskets beat Alba Berlin 89-80 (photo) and remained on top of BBL’s standings with a 25-7 record after 33 gamedays, having played one game less. Despite the two defeats by Alba in Euroleague’s Top16, the defending champions are still the boss in their domestic league, followed by EWE Oldenburg (24-9), Ulm (22-10), Bayern Munich (21-12) and Alba (19-13).
