Roma and Siena are the two teams that will fight for the league title in Italy after getting the win in semifinals’ Game 7. Roma defended its home court against Cantu, however defending champions Siena got the road win in Varese in a crazy night off the court. Stones and bottles were thrown to the bus of Siena before the game and after the end of it the team had to wait two hours inside the arena for security reasons, as a mob of 300 Varese fans were waiting for the guests outside. Finally Siena left with police escort.
