Defending champions Brose Baskets is the big winner of the 23rd gameday in German BBL after beating on Wednesday Braunschweig on the road (86-82). Despite having played two game less at this point, the champs has the same number of defeats (18-3) as Bayern Munich does (20-3) after losing to Artlant (91-86).
Alba Berlin also lost to Ludwigsburg (89-77) and now is tied in the third place with Oldenburg and a 17-6 record.
