After the 26th gameday nothing changed on the standings of the Turkish TBL. However, Banvit with a 25-1 record secured the top spot mathematically, Fenerbahce (20-6) was defeated on the road by cup winner Karsiyaka (16-10), while Efes (19-7) got from its new player, former Buck and Greek club Ilisiakos member D.J.Stephens, 6 points and 4 rebounds in 8 minutes. The American forward signed a contract until the end of the season. Also coach Jure Zdvoc couldn’t celebrate his two year contract extension with Gaziantep as his team lost on the road by Besiktas (16-10). The game of Galatasaray was postponed due to Euroleague play offs.
