In the second semifinal of Adriatic league’s Final Four, Cedevita defeated Partizan thanks to a buzzer-beater three by Nolan Smith (81-79). After this result, two Croatian teams from Zagreb, Cedevita and Cibona will play in the Final which will be held in Kombank Arena of Belgrade in Serbia.
This result also means that Cedevita and Cibona will play next season in Euroleague, Crvena Zvezda will get a spot in the qualifying round, while Partizan can hope only for a wildcard, or else the Belgrade club will compete in Eurocup. Veteran former NBAer Sasha Pavlovic had 25 points, NBA prospect Bogdan Bogdanovic added 15 and 7 rebounds, but it was not enough.
