The defending champions of Italy had their backs against the wall in Game 4 at Reggio Emilia but Siena, thanks to MarQuez Haynes (29 p.), Josh Carter (18 p.) and Spencer Nelson who had a more than crucial rebound and a bucket survived.
Siena got the 85-81 win on the road, Legabasket’s quarterfinal series is now tied at 2-2 and everything will be decided in Game 5 at the hom court of the champs.
