The top contender for the title in Legabasket, EA7 Milano, needed a Game 5 but got the 88-78 win over Pistoia and the ticket to the semifinals where it will face Sassari, the team which already won the Italian cup this season.
Daniel Hackett scored 20 points for the winners who had five players in double digits. The game was decided in the third quarter, when Milano got for the first time a 10 points lead and managed to keep it until the end.
