CSKA Moscow couldn’t have a much better start in VTB leagues semifinals, after getting the road win in Game 1 against Unics after overtime by two (92-90). Also Lietuvos Rytas got the break against Nizhny Novgorod (78-75).
Unics controlled most of the game, but CSKA got a 80-79 lead after a 14-2 run one minute before the end of regulation which ended tied at 82. Milos Teodosic had 25 points, Nenad Krstic 21 points and also Vitaly Fridzon made some very important shots. For Lietuvos Rytas the top scorer was Juan Palacios with 30 points.
