It was a surprisingly low scoring affair, however EA7 Milano got what they wanted. Led by Keith Langford (17 p.) and Alessandro Gentile (15 p.) the “Red shoes” got the road win against Sassari (63-56) and a 3-1 lead in Legabasket’s semifinals.
The hosts, a team that depends almost entirely in its outside shooting, had just 4/26 three pointers and that was the number that decided the outcome.
