In a game between two teams that have a brotherly connection, Olympiacos found the way to get the 62-57 road win at Belgrade over Crvena Zvezda and remain perfect in Group D. The hosts made a furious come back but couldn’t complete it.

For three quarters, the Greeks controlled the game letting just 36 points and having a 14 points lead (50-36). This changed in the last period. Zvezda in front of 20.000 fans found the way to cut the lead of Olympiacos to two (59-57) with 20 seconds left. However Vasilis Spanoulis with 3/4 free throws sealed the final results, while Jaka Blazic and Marcus Williams missed two three pointers. Spanoulis just with 14 points was the top scorer of the game. For the losing side Boban Marjanovic had once more double double (13 p., 14 r.).
