Thanks to 1/2 free throws by Italian center Riccardo Cervi, Reggio Emilia beat EA7 Milano in Monday’s game which concluded the 5th gameday in Legabasket. Rimantas Kaukenas (photo) with 16 points and Amadeo Della Valle with some big shots and 12 points were the best for the winners. Linas Kleiza lost two chances in the last seconds for the win and Alessandro Gentile scored 23 points, but couldn’t save the defending champions who now had a 3-2 record. On the contrary Reggio Emilia is tied on the top with Dinamo Sassari and Reyer Venezia at 4-1.
