Unics Kazan got its second win

In a battle for survival which was also new coach Evgeny Pashutin’s debut, Unics Kazan got the 67-64 win over Anadolu Efes after a thrilling game which was decided by details in the last minutes with Keith Langford saving the day.

For three quarters Anadolu Efes was leading, building a 10 points advantage (53-43) at the end of the third period thanks to a three by Matt Janning. However, Unics with a 8-0 run in the start of the fourth cut the lead of the guest to two (53-51) and after that the real game started. The hosts got lead (60-58) with three minutes to go. Dario Saric answered with four points (62-60), but after that Keith Langford with 7/8 free throws gave Unics the 67-64 win. In total Langford with 19 points was the top scorer of the game.
