In what was probably the best road game of Fenerbahce/ Ulker so far, the Turkish champions got the 80-74 win over EA7 Milano and proved that they can handle the pressure away from Istanbul.

After a close first period which ended with Milano leading by two (23-21), defense was the key for Fenerbahce for the first time this season. In the second and the third quarter combined Milano scored just 26 points and the Turks entered the last quarter with a 62-49 lead. The hosts made the comeback, cut the lead of Fenerbahce to three points (74-71) with 20 seconds to go, but that was the best they could do. Nemanja Bjelica and Ricky Hickman sealed the win from the free throws line (78-71), Daniel Hackett missed a crucial shot and the game was over. Hickman was the top scorer of Fenerbahce with 14 points, Bjelica added 11 points and 8 rebounds, while Marshon Brooks had his best game so far in Euroleague with 17 points in 22 minutes, but it wasn’t enough for Milan.
