It was an unbelievable day of Liga ACB. Lot of drama with many close matches. The major surprise happened at Manresa. The home team, which was before the game, at the bottom of ladder shocked ACB’ s leader, Unicaja (80-76) with a festival of triples (14/30).
One free throw of Sergio Rodriguez with 2,4 seconds left make the difference giving a huge win to Real Madrid (81-80) at Badalona against Joventut. With record 19-4 Real tied with Unicaja on Liga ACB ‘ s top.
FC Barcelona (16-7) was the other “victim” of 23rd day. Blaugrana were terrible during last quarter at Gran Canaria Arena. Herbalife (12-11) exploit that and with partial score 23-13 was the final winner (76-70) and now is closer to playoffs.
