The first game was a close affair until the last quarter, but this time Fenerbahce/ Ulker got the champions, Maccabi Tel Aviv, on the ropes from the get go. The Turks got the 82-67 win and a 2-0 lead in their play offs series.

Andrew Goudelock scored 17  of his 19 points in the first half, as Fenerbahce got a comfortable 50-34 half time advantage and never looked back. Defense was the key for the hosts who now need just one win in order to qualify to the Final Four. Maccabi tried to react after the first period, managed to balance the game, but couldn’t get in the position to be a real threat as Fenerbahce had total control.

Nemanja Bjelica finished the game with 15 rebounds, the Turks had a 43-29 advantage on the boards and now Maccabi will fight for survival in Tel Aviv.
