It was the first ever win of the Greeks on the gym of the Catalans and now the score is tied at 1-1. Giorgos Printezis ended the game with 22 points on 10/13 shots and 9 rebounds, Vasilis Spanoulis set the tone early and finished with 16 points and 5 assists, Mantzaris added 12 points on 4/4 threes and defense was the key. Barcelona in total had 7 assists and shot at home 40% in 2 pointers and 30% in threes.
On the contrary the Reds had 9/12 threes on the second half, when a 10 points lead (35-25) expanded even to 18 (68-50). Juan Carlos Navarro was the leading scorer of Barcelona with 16 points.
