For one half Real Madrid seemed to be in trouble with the defense of Anadolu Efes keeping them in check. Still, defense was the key of the Spaniards’ 76-63 win, which finished the series (3-1) and gave them the ticket to the Final Four.

Rudy Fernandez scored 17 points, Sergio Llull added 14 in crucial points of the game, but what made a difference in the second half is that Anadolu Efes scored just 24 points in the second half. Nenad Krstic with 16 points was the leading scorer of the Turkish team, Dario Saric was great in the first half with 9 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists, still he couldn’t score in the second half.

Real proved its resilience as a team and that has evolved in a unit that can find solution in the game even when the opponents don’t let them score in transition. For Efes, the playoffs concluded a great run for the young team which can have an even brighter future.
