It felt like Istanbul all over again! Printezis this time made a three pointer at the buzzer and gave the 71-68 win to Olympiacos, giving to the Reds the ticket to the Final Four by winning 3-1 the series against Barcelona.

In what was a game of runs, Barcelona led even by 8 points (42-34), however it was obvious from the get go, that the outcome will be decided on details. And that’s exactly what happened in the last quarter with the lead changing hands almost in every possession. Brad Oleson made it a three points game (64-61) by scoring two free throws, Olympiacos turned the ball over and Alex Abrines with 1/2 free throws gave a four points cushion to Barcelona (65-61), 74 seconds before the end of the game. The reaction of the Reds was a three by Vaggelis Mantzaris, a steal by Oliver Lafayette and a dunk by Giorgos Printezis that gave them the lead again (66-65). Juan Carlos Navarro answered with 2/2 free throws (67-66) and Spanoulis made a big shot with 6 seconds to go (68-67). Navarro got fouled again, made 1/2 free throws (68-68) and Olympiacos had 5,2 seconds for one last shot. And history was made by Printezis.

Vasilis Spanoulis finished the game with 17 points and 5 assists, Printezis scored 14 and Mantzaris added 11. For Barcelona Ante Tomic had 13 points and Tomas Satoransky 12 along with 7 rebounds.
