Fenerbahce finished on the top, Galatasaray eighth and they ‘ll face each other in the eightfinals of the Turkish playoffs. Karsiyaka-Banvit, Efes-Turk Telekom and Darussafaka-Trabzonspor the other matchups.
The last week in the Turkish league was thriller with Galatasaray losing by Ankara in the overtime and Darussafaka beating Istanbul BSB at the end. Easy victories for Fenerbahce, Efes and Banvit. Fights in the game Besiktas-Fenerbahce and a long-time break (5:41 before the end). Besiktas missed the playoffs first time after 18 years! Eskisehir relegated to the second division.
