Aris and PAOK both got the qualification to the Greek league semifinals, by getting the home wins in Game 3 against AEK and A.G.O.Rethymno respectively (2-1).
The big win came for Aris, which was plagued by injury woes however prevailed by 11 points (79-68) with relative ease. AEK also didn’t have injured Malik Hairston available, still in theory its roster had a lot more quality. Early draft participant Aleksander Vezenkov scored 15 points for Aris.
PAOK at home was the favorite over Rethymno and that was evident in the 75-62 win, as veteran J.R.Bremer had 19 points for the winners. PAOK will face Panathinaikos, while Aris awaits for the winner of the Olympiacos-Koroivos series.
