Zach LeDay poured a game-high 28 points behind 11/16 fields goals powering AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milano to the away win, 85-73, against Dinamo Banco di Sardegna Sassari on Wednesday.
Shavon Shields added 19 points in the LBA Serie A Regular Season Round 27 contest. Ettore Messina’s side went up to 19-6 after three straight losses at the domestic level. Marco Spissu generated 24 points in the losing effort dropping the hosts to 14-9.
Elsewhere, Brindisi improved its league-leading record to 19-5 with a blowout victory, 86-62, over Pesaro. Derek Willis posted a 24-point, 11-rebound double-double and Ousman Krubally threw in 20 more points.
