Zach LeDay scored 19 points and grabbed five rebounds to lead a balanced offense in Olimpia Milano‘s 93 – 79 win over Dolomiti Energia Trento in Game 2 of the Italian League quarterfinals. Milano is now 2-0 and one win away from the sweep.
Sergio Rodriguez (15 points, seven assists), Ricardo Moraschini (15 points) and Kevin Punter (12 points) also scored in double figures for Milano. Their team overpowered Trento 26 – 14 in the fourth period to establish its control in the game and never let go.
Jeremy Morgan had 17 points and Gary Browne scored 13 for Trento that trailed 73 – 53 at the end of the third period and just managed to cut that deficit a bit in the fourth quarter.
